Preserving the rich heritage of Bhai Tahil Ram Dispensary, an iconic pre-partition era building in Hyderabad, Sindh, is paramount. Our adaptive reuse proposal breathes new life into this historic gem, transforming it into a vibrant café and leisure destination while honoring its legacy.

Recognizing the building's deteriorating condition, our proposal meticulously addresses damages and offers solutions for restoration. The outdoor space will be transformed with terracotta tiling, creating a charming café setting shaded by majestic neem trees. Inside, the lobby will be reborn as a sophisticated snooker lounge, inviting visitors to enjoy leisurely games.

We envision two rooms dedicated to enriching experiences: one for chess enthusiasts to indulge in strategic battles, and another for a souvenir shop, showcasing local crafts and heritage memorabilia. The back verandah will be repurposed into additional café seating, offering a serene ambiance for patrons to savor their culinary delights.

To enhance functionality, a kitchen and restroom facilities will be discreetly integrated, ensuring visitors' comfort without compromising the building's architectural integrity.
